the collocation center should be kept cool continuously. If the AC system is
not perfect or cannot provide coolness continuously then the entire data centre
systems may fail due to heat. A modern AC system with continuous power backup
would be better. If the main power supply fails it should have an UPS to
support the machines till the diesel generators start to support the main load.
